The San Gabriel Valley of Southern California is one of the most ethnically diverse areas in all of California  The ethnic diversity fuels one of the state’s most vibrant arts communities.  The amount of professional and amateur performing arts groups is staggering. The area is filled with many fine schools dedicated to music and arts education.   Hollywood Piano has been proud to be providing pianos for many of the areas top organizations.  For many years Hollywood Piano has been the official piano provider for the Pasadena Symphony and Pasadena Pops.  The two orchestras entertain and enlighten tens of thousand of San Gabriel Valley residents every year.  Both organizations have a national reputation for excellence.  Each orchestra is helmed by an internationally recognized talent with David Lockington at the Pasadena Symphony and Michael Feinstein conducting the pops. Hollywood Piano is also proud to support the California Philharmonic.  This orchestra is headquartered in Pasadena and Performs every summer at the Walt Disney Concert Hall. Since the orchestra’s inception Hollywood Piano has been there to support their endeavors with pianos for every concert and event the orchestra does.  Dozens of artists from the worlds of classical to pop music performed on pianos provided by Hollywood Piano including Brian McKnight. One of our favorite organizations also based in the San Gabriel Valley is the Los Angeles Young Pianists Competition.  Each year hundreds of young pianists from all over Southern California compete in a number of different age categories from beginners to advanced players.  https://www.facebook.com/LosAngelesYoungPianistCompetition/  For the last number of years the contestants have competed on the Mason & Hamlin CC 9’4″ concert grand provided by Hollywood Piano.   One of our great joys is being a force for good in our local community.  We take great pride in being a responsible corporate citizen of the Pasadena area and surrounding San Gabriel Valley area.
