For 30 days from the day of your purchase, if you are not satisfied with your Piano that you purchased from Hollywood Piano online, you may return it for refund minus 25% stocking fees, credit or exchange for another Piano. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer and if FREE shipping was included in the purchase then that cost will be deducted from the refund.
To receive a Return Authorization, you must email us at info@hollywoodpiano.com within 30 days of the purchase date.
